Builder - Operations Manager

Rite Rug Flooring has been around for 90 years!  We are looking for an Operation Manager to join our team at our new Tallahassee, Florida location!  If you are looking for a company where you are a part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!  $60,000 to $70,000, salary based on experience.    POSITION SUMMARY: Direct and organize the activities of the Operations function of the company in Tallahassee, Florida market.  Manage all flooring installations through the New Construction Builder / Multi-Family and Property Management departments; as well as be responsible for maintaining material in a warehouse environment while utilizing powered tools, machines and vehicles. Essential Functions: · Run an operation from start-up location · Client/customer relationship focus · Manage property and vehicles · Participate in staffing needs of the location and growth · Coordinate and Manage installers · Perform other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience in successful Operations required; experience in the Flooring Industry is a plus. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills. Must have exceptional customer service   Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.   Problem-solving skills with a solutionist reputation   Display a sense of urgency to address and satisfy customer issues   Basic level of Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledgeable use of iPad   Must be able to pass drug and background checks   Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.   Have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.   Be able to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:   Use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and control items or equipment Talk and hear See and be able to read, write, and interpret written documents Be able to lift at least 75 pounds #ZR
