Restoration Specialist - Mobile Showroom
The Restoration Specialist works within our mobile showrooms to build relationships with restoration companies and help their customers with the design and selection of our flooring products.
Salary Commission (Up to 6 figures) plus full benefits!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating the selection and sales process along with building and maintaining relationships with restoration companies and their clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Restoration and Flooring background experience preferred.
3. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
4. Must be a self-starter and a people person.
5. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
6. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
7. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
8. Be comfortable working with and learning computer systems
9. Must be eager to learn and to grow!
Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure software.
2. Background in using Xactimate.
This position will offer a base salary plus commission structure and training will be provided

- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Conducts sales to restoration clients, outside retail customers, B2B sales and area realtors.
- Determine customers needs and match appropriately with our products while staying within the budget guidelines allotted.
- Aid customers and restoration companies in determining like kind and quality flooring replacements.
- Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
- Take measurements for installation
- Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures
- Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products
- Performs other duties as assigned
