What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Program Support position at Rite-Solutions, Inc.?
Rite-Solutions, Inc., is seeking skilled and motivated Full-Time Technical Program Support in Middletown, RI to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 25 Consolidated Afloat Network & Enterprise Services (CANES) Program. The individual will work with the Technical Program Manager (TPM), Chief Engineer (CHENG) and other leads aiding them with project tracking, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist project in tracking and report program milestones and deliverables.
- Assist project on addressing data calls from NUWC and project sponsors (develop slide packages and collecting required metrics).
- Plan of the Week (POTW) Submissions
- CANES Meeting Support to include tracking attendance, agenda items, record meeting, meeting minutes and action items.
- Hosted Events/Meetings with external entities not at NUWC.
- Program Management Review Support
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to short-suspense data calls.
- Must be a critical thinker with excellent capacity to analyze, understand, and incorporate technical information.
- Intermediate-to-expert level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Technical background; the ability understand the technical tasking and terminology.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance with the US Government required (active DoD Security Clearance is a plus).
