What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily office operations including data entry, timecard collection, and scheduling
- Support recruiters with candidate onboarding, orientation, and compliance paperwork
- Communicate with associates and clients professionally and promptly
- Track attendance and ensure accurate reporting
- Help manage temp placements and coordinate job orders
- Learn client expectations and assist in maintaining high service standards
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership
- Train alongside an experienced On-Site Manager with the goal of taking over account oversight
Who You Are:
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator (written & verbal)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Can multitask, meet deadlines, and problem-solve with minimal supervision
- Experience in staffing, HR, admin, or customer service is a plus (but not required)

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (On-site in North Carolina)
Occasional overtime or after-hours support as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
