What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting Senior Sales Executives in managing and growing key client accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service updates.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and drive additional business.
- Analyzing client feedback and market trends to provide insights and improvements.
Who You Are:
- A relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Experienced in customer service, account management, or related roles (logistics experience is a plus but not required).
