What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow relationships with customers to move freight efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets.
- Hunt for new business through cold calling, emails, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Provide creative, customized solutions to customers using our portfolio of services.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals.
- Work closely with operations and management to ensure seamless service.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, shippers, carriers, and receivers.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience is a must—freight brokerage experience is a plus.
- A proven track record of success in sales, even if outside the logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
