Description

Roustabout Labor Hands needed for repairs and maintenance of Oil
and Gas Facilities. Employees are expected to adhere and apply industry safety
policies at all times.

Qualifications

. Experience -Prior Roustabout 1 year for labor hands or 3 years for
Roustabout Pusher
. Customer service - Be courteous and polite with customers
. Dependability - Follow instructions, responds to management directions;
takes responsibility for own actions
. Attendance/punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time
. Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely
manner; Strives to increase productivity.
. Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to
improve and promote qualitY.
. Safety - Follow all safety guidelines. Is alert and aware of surroundings and
working hazards. Wears all appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE)
including hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, approved safety
footwear, and seat belt.
. Driver's license is required for Pusher Position

Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening as well as ongoing random drug
screening
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers,
co-workers, and other personnel.
Essential Physical Functions:
This position requires the ability to lift and carry repetitively up to 75 lbs, it
also includes walking, stooping, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching,
crawling, pushing, pulling, working in awkward positions and enclosed
spaces.
Driving for extended periods of time as well as the ability to read road signs
and judge distances.
Varying duty assignments; field conditions include exposure to extreme weather
condition, intense physical activity and safety hazards
