Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Supporting prompt intake for all new leads.
- Helping manage long-term client nurturing, past client communication, and maintaining warm relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Supporting buyer and seller activity—scheduling showings, preparing offers, counters, addenda, and assisting with seller documentation.
- Working with MLS, Transaction Desk, and related software to prepare CMAs, MLS Drips, search properties, and create showing tours.
- Interfacing with TC as needed on files once a deal is under contract.
- Assisting with marketing and brand development, including content ideas, email campaigns, social media, and event/networking support.
- Assisting with weekly video creation—helping research topics, prepare video scripts, and support shoots.
- Helping create or refine systems for client intake, communications, scheduling, follow-up, and automation.
- Outbound Marketing As Needed Such as Expired Mailing, Calls to Clients
Responsibilities
- An active Nevada real estate license
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Prior experience in real estate administrative roles and transaction management.
- Familiarity with sales processes and property management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is advantageous.
- Proficient in using office software and real estate management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
