Job Summary:
Manage customer service appointments and offer support to both sales staff and warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Calling customers to schedule service appointments in a timely fashion.
- Keeping an updated service calendar at all times.
- Organizing and prioritizing all paperwork and keeping it updated and filed.
- Working closely with sales staff on any changes to service orders.
- Working with the warehouse to pull inventory and have it ready in a timely fashion.
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with RFMS software is a plus!
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
