Ritsema Law is a multi-state workers’ compensation insurance defense law firm providing representation to clients in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Montana, and New Mexico. We are seeking a 1-4 year litigation associate, licensed to practice in the state of COLORADO, for our Fort Collins, Colorado office. This is a full-time (hybrid) attorney position based out of the firm’s Fort Collins law office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Conducting research
- Negotiating on behalf of clients
- All aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records
- Preparing expert and lay witnesses for testimony in court
