Job Description

• Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
• Provides information to customers and co-workers about product usage, availability and application.
• Adjust to customer flow by always being on the move and available to provide assistance to customers and co workers
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customers’ needs.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming promotions
• Direct or assist customers to location of where product is located
• Maintains inventory and displays within assigned area to merchandising standards.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships
• Maintains standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pre-employment drug test/physical/background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve the needs of our customers.
• Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and managers with headset effectively
• Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
• Be able to lift weight/move boxes up to 30lbs
