Part-Time Concierge : Job Description
Role
Support the studio in member conversion, member retention, private bookings, retail sales, studio maintenance, and operations. Ensure Ritual culture is thriving, the studio hits revenue goals, and student experience is indulgent.
Looking for someone with pre-sales fitness experience to help with pre-sales for a yoga studio, and then convert into a concierge / front desk role upon opening in February.
The concierge is trained on all studio operations. They work closely with the studio manager to elevate and optimize a luxurious student experience. The concierge takes pride in the studio operating like a well-oiled machine and is committed to hitting weekly and monthly revenue goals as well as other key metrics. This role may hold pillar tasks at the discretion of the studio manager (e.g., retail, supplies, concierge training, lead tracker, member events, other front of house duties).
Overview of Responsibilities :
- Lead presales with a metric of bringing in 10 pre-sale clients / week.
- Operate within Ritual Cultural guidelines, which includes being a pleasure to work with, above-the-line, and solutions-focused.
- Maintain exceptionally warm energy in the lobby and make every student feel welcome.
- Commit to Saucha in the studio.
- Train new part-time staff on concierge responsibilities and expectations.
- Manage lawfully required breaks in an adult environment.
- Studio manager may delegate one studio operations task to the full-time concierge each week.
- Keep up studio operations through every shift, including, but not limited to, moving laundry, ensuring amenities are always full, maintaining cleanliness, and completing the closing checklist.
- If necessary and at manager discretion, take laundromat runs.
- Commit to studio revenue goals and other metrics, including but not limited to :
- FEOs sold
- New members converted
- New student, member, and in-class privates scheduled
- Workshops sold
- Retreats sold
- Retail sold
