At Ritual Hot Yoga, Studio Managers play pivotal roles in inspiring student communities and empowering teachers. They are responsible for overseeing every aspect of our luxury studio, from maintaining its vibrancy to driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.
Qualified applicants should have prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members, and leading sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture are essential. While a 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
