What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Ritual Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge?
- Oversee proper FOH staffing including but not limited to Hosts, Servers, Server Assistants etc.
- Attend all required manager and staff meetings
- Maintain Sales Goals
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations regarding alcohol sales
- Coordinate and work with Executive Chef and staff
- Coordinate and work with events manager
- Learn all current softwares used by Ritual and any future softwares including by not limited to Toast,
Toast Payroll, Tripleseat, Resy, and Tock.
- Attain COGS targets set forth by the General Manager.
- Oversee all dining service operations including but not limited to: employee uniforms, steps of service, food and cocktail menu updates, staff training etc.
- Assist General Manager in controlling expenses including but not limited to labor and the purchase of goods.
- Conduct table touches and acquire guest feedback
- Maintain the standard of excellence in guest appearance and guest satisfaction set forth by the General Manager and Owner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
