Ritual Training Center is a woman-led, woman-focused fitness training center. Women’s health and strength are the core of what we do. Ritual is focused on building women’s strength and confidence, while helping to improve mental health through movement and positivity. ALL women, no matter their size, color, sexual orientation, or gender identity, are invited to train here. We pride ourselves on being a safe, inclusive space where women can come together for the common goal of health.
While we believe that every woman’s health and fitness goals are relevant and important, the training center does not promote physical transformation challenges, drastic calorie restrictions, fasting, extreme diets, or any other harmful practices for weight loss or otherwise. A little bit about our vibe…Ritual Training Center is a small, laid-back training center that focuses on delivering solid training programs to help women improve strength and confidence. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we certainly take our workouts seriously. There is zero intimidation factor and only very friendly competitions. We are a tight family who loves to welcome new members.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Lead small group training classes with a maximum of 8 participants
- Educate clients on proper exercise technique
- Deliver evidence-based training programs in a fun, inspiring setting
- Listen to member’s needs and concerns and make adjustments as needed
- Arrive on-time for all shifts
- Communicate all scheduling needs and changes
- Be a team player and always be willing to help out
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the training center
Requirements
- Hold a valid CPR/AED certification
- Must be able to lift large objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, mornings and/or evenings Mon-Sat
Preferred
- Personal training certification, NASM or GGS preferred
- Experience coaching women in the fitness or sports setting
This is a part-time, hourly position. Starting at $20/hour for admin activities and up to $40/hour for coaching activities depending on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
