Essential
We’re looking for a Community Manager to lead our efforts in building a collective of passionate Ritual advocates and superfans. You’ll connect directly with individuals who share our values of transparency, safety, and efficacy, creating meaningful relationships and fostering deeper engagement. In this role, you’ll manage our micro-influencer and community initiatives, cultivate authentic connections with diverse voices, and plan impactful community events across North America.
What You'll Do :
- Grow and lead our community program. Guide the growth and performance of The Skeptics, Ritual’s micro-influencer and community program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success. Proactively recruit new members from diverse backgrounds to expand and enrich the community. Develop engaging brand and product education strategies to drive sales and social engagement, while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Foster authentic content creation. Oversee product testing, user-generated content, and testimonial projects within The Skeptics. Partner with internal teams to create content for Ritual’s owned marketing channels and high-performing paid ads, ensuring diverse perspectives are represented.
- Deepen customer connections. Expand The Skeptics program and deepen engagement with Ritual’s most loyal customers. Collaborate with product management, customer lifecycle, brand, and CX teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business goals.
- Plan and execute inclusive community events. Manage event strategy and execution, from conception to completion. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring logistics like venue selection, vendor management, and onsite setup are handled smoothly. Proactively address last-minute details to create memorable and inclusive experiences.
- Build strategic partnerships. Work with our private, invite-only showroom agency to coordinate logistics, while identifying new opportunities to generate organic social placements, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen partnerships.
- Support cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with the PR / communications team on administrative tasks, including managing and coordinating product send-outs as needed.
