Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Oracle Cloud configurations and integrations.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
[7 ] years of experience managing Oracle Cloud projects, including ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, integration strategies, and best practices.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
Experience with data migration, cloud security, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
