Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-savvy Optical Technician to join our team. If you love working with people, have an eye for design, and enjoy helping others find the perfect pair of glasses, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
• Assist clients in selecting frames based on their personal style, face shape, and prescription needs
• Clearly explain lens options, features, and insurance coverage
• Perform basic adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs on eyewear
• Process transactions accurately and maintain sales records
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support optometrists and technicians with general administrative or customer service tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with basic math and computer tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Optical experience is a plus, but not required—training provided!
