Ritz Safety is dedicated to providing convenient and cost-effective safety products and solutions to all people and industries, worldwide. With eighteen nationwide locations, we are looking to add an Accounting Data Entry Clerk to our Dayton, OH location. The role of the Accounting Data Entry Clerk will be to support the Accounting Department by entering data into our software database from paper or other sources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cash application of credit card, EFT and check payments.
· Update customer information in database.
· Accurately enter vendor invoices and credits.
· Update vendor information in database.
· Verifying that data is accurate and reliable.
· Perform other duties/responsibilities as needed.
Required Education/Skills:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Strong Attention to Detail.
· Data Entry and General Math Skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – specifically V-lookup, summing and sorting.
· Good Organizational Skills.
· Good Time Management Skills.
· Ability to Multitask.
· Ability to keep confidential information confidential.
· Computer and common office equipment knowledge.
