eCommerce Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Manager to lead digital initiatives and optimize the customer experience on our e-commerce platform. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and end users, ensuring seamless coordination across IT, marketing, sales, and customer support. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce project management, excels at timeline management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage projects between end users and internal teams, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Work with marketing on website graphics and front-end development.
• Coordinate with IT on backend development, site upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with sales to schedule pre-calls and customer meetings.
• Customer Engagement & Support:
• Lead end-user demos to ensure customers understand how to navigate the platform.
• Maintain the e-commerce site by updating new users, requested items, and other modifications.
• Perform periodic site audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving:
• Bring innovative ideas to improve the customer experience online.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot support tickets, identify root causes, and drive solutions.
• Deadline & Process Management: Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards and improving user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2 years in project management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and sales teams.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Technical Exposure (No Prior Experience Required):
• Magento, ASP.NET, Catsy, Epicor P21, Asana.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of IT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
