FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- To facilitate a working atmosphere based on respect, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Implication in the training of the assistant Barmans.
Production and Service
- Person in charge to clear up the tables, service the drinks quickly.
- Person in charge of mise en place and support the preparation of drinks.
- Person in charge of the task of conclusion marked by the Managers.
- Person in charge of the cleaning and loads of the cold-storage.
- Person in charge of handling cashier.
- Preparation of a variety of: hot and cold coffees, teas, shakes, juices.
- Person in charge of handling lunch meny.
- Person in charge of selling snacks menu.
- Person in charge of handling a variety of patries and bakery.
- Person in charge of making cocktails (knowledge in bartending is desired).
Customer satisfaction
- Positive, helpful attitude towards customers and as regards “small details”
- Attending to customers’ wishes and suggestions
- Impeccable uniform and clean, well-groomed physical appearance
- Implication in the work plans set in motion
Health and Safety
Awareness and fulfilment of the Safety, Health and Hygiene regulations and the Departmental Regulations Manual.
Job Requirements
- NYS Food Protection Certificate requiered
- Bartending School Certification desired
