Partnering with an Asset Management firm on a business manager/ COO/ FP&A role.
Transaction Management:
- Oversee and efficiently manage sophisticated transactions for the business.
- Identify all key components of a transaction and the responsible parties across cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, accounting, and portfolio management.
- Develop and execute a detailed transaction plan while ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of complex projects.
Financial and Accounting Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Previous fund experience is preferred
Presentation Development:
- Craft polished, high-quality presentations for senior management.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members to ensure the preparation of impactful presentation materials.
Analytical and Modelling Skills:
- Leverage modelling skills to conduct quick and efficient analyses for decision-making.
- Create analyses for gut-check evaluations or early-stage project viability assessments.
Fund Knowledge and Industry Insight:
- Develop a deep understanding of 1940 Act and private credit funds, including key rules, compliance conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and trends to provide valuable insights.
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
