- 5 years of hands-on experience in IT industry with good experience in JAVA/J2EE and restful web-services development.

- Ensure quality by performing thorough testing and leveraging peer reviews for your work and the work of others.
- Experience with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with Agile development process and Scrum methodologies using JIRA.
- Solid communication and written skills: ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
