Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the Bay Area, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and at-home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid PTA license in the state of California or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
