Salary: Competitive compensation, with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for Physical Therapists and $4,000 for Physical Therapist Assistants!
Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Annual Bonus: Up to 8% of yearly earnings

Physical Therapist - Everett, WA:

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and modify as needed based on patient progress.
• Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in community outreach and promotion of services.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• A commitment to professional growth and continuing education.

Physical Therapist - Renton, WA (Part-Time/Per Diem):

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services on a flexible part-time or per diem schedule.
• Evaluate and treat patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and make adjustments to plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatments and rehabilitation exercises.
• Set up equipment and maintain a clean, safe treatment area.

• Document patient progress and assist with adjusting care plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Provide patient education on exercises and post-treatment care.

Qualifications:

• Associate s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure.
