Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings with professionalism and expertise.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop strong case strategies.
- Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain effective client relationships.
- Utilize technology to support research, communications, and legal documentation.
- Occasionally perform physical tasks such as moving files (up to 20 lbs) as needed for office requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused and proactive approach to case management.
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital legal tools and research platforms.
