It requires balancing service requests and sales opportunities, providing expertise in financial solutions, asking clients probing questions to understand their financial needs, and matching the best solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen relationships with clients by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and create customized solutions.
- Sell and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
- Identify client needs for licensed sales functions, referring to the relevant Line of Business partners.
- Provide quotes for rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
- Manage risk in all transactions using available tools.
