Salary: $24.55 – $30.10 per hour
Shift Differential: $0.75 for 2nd shift, $1.75 for 3rd shift
Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Generalist for our client in Omaha, NE. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, a strong understanding of technical manuals, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
- Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
- Handle and distribute cleaning chemicals and maintain records as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance work experience, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (combination of work experience is acceptable).
- Must be able to understand and follow technical manuals.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
- This location is currently not accepting rehires.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairs in a food processing environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their handling.
