Technician

Job Title: 2nd Shift - Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Alexandria, KY (Onsite)

Salary: $17.49 - $30.00 / hr

Job Description: Join a leading company in the food industry where you can make a meaningful impact! We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and read blueprints to troubleshoot machinery.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment such as scales, mixers, slicers, and conveyors.
• Conduct repairs and improvements on facility and production equipment.
• Utilize the CMMS for maintenance activities and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or relevant education.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Candidates who have previously worked for this company are not eligible for rehire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.05 - $30.40 per hour
