We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms for our home service clients. Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-intent keywords and targeting strategies to generate qualified leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors.
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead.
- Implement conversion tracking, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to help clients understand campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
Provide monthly performance reports to clients, translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements and skills
- 1-3 years of PPC experience, preferably in an agency setting or home services marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads with a proven track record of running lead-generation campaigns.
- Google Ads certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills—you love digging into the numbers to find ways to improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns for different clients while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable explaining campaign performance and strategy to clients.
- Familiarity with home services industry trends is a plus.
