Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing client IT environments, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and systems. You will provide technical support, implement system upgrades, and work proactively to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, maintain, and support client IT environments, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and onsite visits, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and administer operating systems (Windows, Linux, and macOS) and enterprise applications.
- Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery strategies.
- Assist in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud-based services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and IT support tickets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT operations and implement best practices.
Work Schedule : Standard hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Occasional after-hours support for critical system updates or emergency issues.
Travel Requirements : Occasional travel may be required for onsite client visits or system installations.
On-Call Responsibilities : Limited on-call duties for urgent technical issues (typically fewer than three times per week).
