Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor located in Middleburg Heights, OH. The Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, chemical dependency assessments, relapse prevention strategies, case management, and utilizing psychology principles in counseling sessions.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Chemical Dependency, and Relapse Prevention skills
• Case Management expertise
• Knowledge of Psychology principles in counseling
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing counseling or therapy for substance abuse disorders
• CDCA, LCDC II/III, LICDC, or related license to provide Substance Use Disorder Counseling.
