Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical work week and normal work schedule may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning hotel rooms to provide our guests a fresh and comfortable stay in our hotel which includes:

• Making up beds with fresh linens.
• Vacuuming and cleaning floors, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Cleaning bathrooms, providing fresh towels, and supplying guest toiletries.1. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, management, vendors, and guests.
• Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor with guests at all times, including during an unexpected situation or problem while finding a satisfactory solution.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

• Ability to think quickly when resolving problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management and guests.
• Must be reliable, punctual and collaborative with co-workers and managers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Physical:

• Must be able to push and lift weight up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to sit, walk or stand for prolonged periods of time as required performing the assigned duties of this position.
• Must be able to use hands, fingers or feel; and reach with arms or hands to perform the assigned duties of this position.
• Specific vision abilities are close, distance, peripheral vision; depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
