Looking for fun and energetic individuals with bar experience to bartend in our Events Center, Conference Center, Club, and Loft for all of our events, especially during the holiday season? This would be casual/part-time position that works with your schedule whenever we have events!
Job Summary: Perform beverage service for guests and beverage/food servers while providing efficient, prompt, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures in a prompt and efficient manner.
2. Maintains a neat and clean bar station, stocking alcohol and bar items when needed.
3. Responsible for positive outcome of Health and Gaming Inspections.
4. Gets a bank, rings up orders, keeps tips and handles paperwork as required by company policies and procedures.
5. Responsible for beer and liquor transfers and maintaining register monies before and after each shift according to policies and procedures.
6. Performs as a team member with a positive attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers.
7. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
8. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
9. Communicates effectively with co-workers, management and guest.
10. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Educational/Experience: High School diploma or GED and 1 year of bartender experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License and an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License.
1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Oklahoma ABLE Liquor regulations.
3. Ability to count and make change.
4. Must be reliable, punctual and cooperative with co-workers and supervisors.
5. Maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor in a high stress environment.
6. Ability to work in areas containing high noise levels and second hand smoke.
7. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
8. Ability to read, write and understand English.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $25.00 per hour
