We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems
- Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or related field
- Proficiency in using power tools for landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and garden maintenance
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
