Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Inventory Specialist located in Blanchard, OK. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing physical inventory, maintaining inventory control systems, and overseeing inventory management processes. Daily tasks include tracking inventory levels, conducting regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and communicating inventory issues and updates with relevant departments. Customer service and communication with internal teams will be essential to ensure efficient inventory operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Control
- Experience in Inventory Management processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are advantageous
