Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the planning, preparation, and service of meals that meet the nutritional requirements of our residents.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and purchasing to maintain cost-effective operations.
Lead, train, and supervise dietary staff to uphold standards of food safety and service quality.
Develop and implement nutritional programs that cater to various dietary needs and restrictions.
Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address specific dietary needs of residents.
Qualifications :
Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with current certification.
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare food service environment.
