River Bend Transit is hiring a hands on Finance / HR Director. RBT provides 750 trips a day for seniors & the disabled in Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott counties.
Responsibilities
Month End, Bank Rec, financial & statistical analysis, payroll, 401k management, financial statements, investments, board liaison, human resources, supervise 2-3 finance staff members, Annual Audit preparation, monthly, quarterly, & annual statistical submissions, Request for Reimbursement to IA DOT for fuel and expenses, etc
Qualifications
BA in accounting with 3-5 years experience or 8-10 years in a Finance Director role, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent excel skills, ability to software & data portals, etc.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
