River Canyon Lodge is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk agent to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, answering phone calls, and handling any other customer service related tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the local area.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints in a courteous manner.
- Keep track of room availability and occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience in front desk operations
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
