This position would oversee the placement and maintenance of amusement machines, ensuring optimal customer service, proper machine functionality, and maximizing revenue by managing the placement and servicing of these machines at various.
Key responsibilities of an amusement route manager:
- Assign machines to specific locations based on customer needs and revenue potential.
- Monitor route performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting accordingly.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on amusement machines to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic machine malfunctions.
- Coordinate with technicians for complex repairs when necessary.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly.
- Track inventory levels of technician supplies.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in inventory.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on route performance to share with management.
