As a Overnight Floor Tech, you will:
Shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM Pay: $17.00 per hour
WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing on hard surface floors and stairs.
- Vacuuming, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.
- Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work.
- Simple maintenance tasks including, but not limited to bulb changing.
- Maintain and clean the floor care equipment and ensure that appropriate chemicals are being used on proper area.
Physical Demands - This position will require you to stand, lift, and be physically actively during the duration of your shift. Our Floor Cleaners must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds and operate heavy machinery.

- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous Housekeeping or Janitorial experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Good customer service skills and fluency in English is required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
