We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our field operations by handling utility locate requests and processing work orders for our General Foremen. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and other computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Call in utility locate requests to 811 and other utility companies as needed.
- Input and track work orders for General Foremen across multiple projects.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and other internal systems.
- Communicate with field crews and management to coordinate scheduling and job updates.
- Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical project files.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Will report directly to Operations in LaGrange office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of calling in Utility locates or closely related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with work orders or construction/utility office environments is a plus
