Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our construction efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through preconstruction efforts, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Oversee financial, schedule, safety, and quality performance of assigned projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project dynamics and prioritize tasks without supervision.
Project Team:
- Utilize technology to enhance communication, document control, and quality.
- Collaborate with onsite client representatives, superintendents, project managers, and skilled trades.
Relationships and Partnerships:
- Develop strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontracting partners, and vendors.
- Prioritize continued business partnerships and growth with existing clients.
Field Project Focus:
- Resolve field construction problems in coordination with onsite agencies.
- Attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations as required.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience desired.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field ideal.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, professionalism, and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10; LEED, PMP preferred.
