You will be responsible for:
- Project Team: Utilize technology to improve communication, document control, and quality. Work with clients and onsite construction teams to coordinate project details.
- Relationships and Partnerships: Develop and administer strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors. Foster business partnerships and grow projects with existing clients.
- Field Project Focus: Resolve field construction problems, attend progress meetings, and develop status reports. Manage changes, resolve claims, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
