We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Job Description: As a Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process, creating custom kitchen and bathroom layouts, and driving sales to meet and exceed company targets. The ideal candidate will be an expert in design trends, space planning, and materials, with a passion for delivering beautiful, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create custom kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Produce detailed designs and layouts using design software Chief Architect or Cabinet Vision, or Moziak
• Recommend materials, finishes, and appliances that best suit client preferences and functionality.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, consultations, quoting, closing sales, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure designs are executed properly.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, new products, and industry technologies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen and bath design, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency with design software
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, appliances, and materials.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience with customer-facing sales and consultations is a plus.
• Knowledge of current design trends and innovations in kitchen and bath design.
