Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible schedule), with periodic on-call responsibilities

As an Advocate, you will be a vital part of our team, providing crisis support, advocacy, and resources to those in need. What You'll Do
*Answer and respond to crisis calls, law enforcement requests, and emergency situations
*Provide direct support for survivors, including housing/job applications and protection order assistance
*Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shelter environment
*Assist in community outreach efforts, spreading awareness and making a difference
*Coordinate and support volunteer efforts
*Conduct trauma assessments and help with extended-stay paperwork
*Maintain accurate client records and data entry
*Other meaningful duties that support survivors on their journey to healing
