Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and setting up for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards while handling food items.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase restaurant sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service hours.

- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments.
