Pain relief, pain management, and complete pain disappearance are the core of our treatment goals.

Job Description: This position has the primary function of managing patients with Attorneys accounts, and the secondary function of assisting Corporate Management in general.

The Account Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of patients with Attorneys, conduct case status updates, and ensure that all outstanding charges of the patients have been paid and settled. This shall all be conducted by liaising and coordinating with the law firms handling the patients’ cases.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Operating as the lead point of contact of Attorneys and Law Firms for all matters relating to a specific body of patient accounts.
• Negotiating bill reductions to maximize payment or settlement of outstanding charges.
• Responding—in a timely manner—to requests for medical records, bill ledgers, and other information.
• Sending out all required templates of communication pertaining to the patient accounts through our Case Management Software (CMS).
• Prepare reports on accounts status.
• Prepare and submit monthly Attorney Negotiation / Collection Report.
• Clearly communicate the progress of case status updates and other initiatives to the company’s management team.
• Collaborate with marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territories.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Assist in minor corporate tasks such as answering the phone, organizing invoices, organizing supplies, managing the mail, etc.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in sales or business administration preferred
• Experience in a health care setting is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid foundation in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
• Ability to learn to use the EMR, CMS and other new software quickly, and to use them efficiently
• Ability to understand billing and health insurance flows and processes
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions
• Ability to foster client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
