What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory and Maintenance Lead position at RIVER CITY PRODUCE?
The Store Inventory and Maintenance Lead supports the store in the day-to-day operation of Chicho Boy’s Fruit Market. The Lead works to maintain the inventory, organization, and cleanliness of the storage/supply areas and the interior and exterior of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Chicho Boy’s customers.
- Inventory responsibilities include overseeing and following all receiving procedures, maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) in the storage areas, ongoing physical inventory counts, assisting with ordering supplies/product, and documentation requirements.
- Oversite of the inventory, organization, cleanliness and maintenance reporting for:
- Storage Areas – General Produce, concessions produce, grocery items, all supplies, and prep areas.
- Outside Areas – Front and Back.
- Concessions Area – Assist with organization and cleanliness.
- Assist with display organization.
- Stocking – will lead stocking operations in store.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Chicho Boy’s customers.
- Perform other related tasks, as requested by Management Personnel.
