Description
Job Summary : The Information Technology Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- 1. Develop IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- 2. Plan and manage IT budgets, including cost analysis and forecasting.
- 3. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for business improvement.
- 4. Oversee IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Performs any other related duties assigned.
Technical Oversight
5. Maintain and secure IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.6. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.7. Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect data.8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.Telecom Management
9. Manage telecommunication systems, including phone, VoIP, and mobile devices.10. Monitor telecom performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and quality.11. Evaluate and implement telecom solutions that align with business needs.12. Negotiate telecom service contracts and manage vendor relationships.13. 14. Provide support for enterprise applications, resolving user issues promptly.15. Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.16. Collaborate with vendors for application upgrades and support.17. Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.Team Management

21. Develop and deliver IT training programs for employees, ensuring they are proficient in using tools and systems.22. Create user guides and documentation for applications, telecom systems, and IT processes.23. Act as a point of contact for technical support, addressing user concerns efficiently.On-Call Support24. Establish and manage an on-call schedule to provide 24 / 7 technical support for critical systems.25. Be available during on-call hours to address high-priority incidents and outages promptly.26. Coordinate with the IT team to resolve after-hours issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.27. Document and review on-call incidents to improve processes and prevent future occurrences.Vendor Management
28. Manage vendor relationships for IT and telecom services, including contract negotiations and renewals.29. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.30. Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and new implementations.Policy Development and Compliance
31. Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.32. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, as applicable.33. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system security.Operational Duties
34. Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.35. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT and telecom equipment.36. Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.Reporting and Communication
